Administrative Coordinator

S R Calver (Building Contractors) Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support administrative projects as needed.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service experience desired.
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices essential.
Compensation: £23,000 per annum, paid weekly at £440. The company offers free parking on-site. You will work Monday to Friday, no weekends. A driving licence is required for this position.
