About the Role

This role requires experience within a finance team or strong administration skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while working with a supportive team in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles for all entities within the finance group.
  • Support the fleet services team by working closely with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport.
  • Review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to provide business support to the finance team.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to enhance operational knowledge and improve finance processes.
  • Assist the financial reporting team with accounting for leased vehicles.
