Job Title: Residential Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team at St Philips Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of care workers to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care, while also promoting independence and dignity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
  • Previous experience of working as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home
  • A passion for care of the elderly
  • Experience of medication administration
