Dementia Care Assistant

Ashdene care home is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Residential Care Support Associate. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents with dementia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work up to 21 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £11.52 - £11.72 per hour.
Responsibilities for this role include supporting daily living tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting independence and dignity. We provide comprehensive training, including assistance with completing the care certificate and encouragement to further your knowledge by obtaining the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, kind, caring, reliable, fun, and flexible, with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
