About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Dementia Care Assistant in Sleaford, NG34. As a Dementia Care Assistant, you will provide tailored care and support to individuals living with dementia, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals living with dementia
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Support with basic housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Administer medication as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. You will also require a valid DBS check and any relevant qualifications or training.

Salary Information
