We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant, playing a key role in delivering our mission to provide the highest standards of care to elderly residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and maintaining accurate records. You will also contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.14 per hour, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and discounted food. Our employees also enjoy low-cost meals while on shift and have access to free parking and an employee assistance programme.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You should also be willing to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification and live within 30 minutes of the home.
