Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting individuals with conditions such as cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and autism.

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Administering medication and monitoring health
  • Supporting individuals to maintain their independence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet the needs of the individuals you support.
