About the Role:
">The position of Care Home Improvement Manager is now available at Merco Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing care homes in the absence of Home Managers, documenting processes, and contributing to the enhancement of electronic platforms such as eMAR.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Management of care homes in the absence of Home Managers.
- Documenting processes for care homes and contributing to the enhancement of electronic platforms, such as eMAR.
- Participating in projects aimed at increasing occupancy and reducing vacancies/agency use.
What We Offer:
">A competitive salary of up to £55,000 + 15% quarterly bonus (OTE £80,000) and a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement (25 days plus bank holidays), opportunities for professional development, and a supportive environment with a focus on employee well-being.
Requirements:
">We are looking for an individual with a NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) and a minimum of one year's experience as a Home Manager in a residential or nursing home for the elderly. A proven track record of managing a CQC-inspected care home, ideally with an Outstanding or Good rating, is also essential.
