We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at the AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for running a section and working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of dishes in accordance with set procedures and recipes
  • Collaboration with kitchen and restaurant colleagues to achieve excellent service standards
  • Reviewing of ingredients and deliveries to ensure the highest quality products
  • Monitoring waste and portion control to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Supporting the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen operations
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP

Requirements

  • Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Chef de Partie position
  • Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in all areas of the kitchen and a desire to grow within the company
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Highly organized and clean working habits
