Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Winner Education. This is a full-time temp to perm position, requiring the candidate to have previous experience within SEN support and enjoy working with children.
The ideal candidate will work closely with a school in Cheshire, providing independent special educational needs placements. The role involves developing a bespoke curriculum, focusing on students' interests and meeting their academic and personal development needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a topic-based curriculum
- Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition
- Manage physical resources and budget
- Build relationships with parents and carers
The salary for this position is £85,000 per annum, with a joining bonus of £2,000 after successful completion of six months. The location is Cheshire, Barrow, CH3 postcode, with flexible working hours.
