Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Winner Education. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to pupils with special educational needs, working closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing intervention strategies to support pupils with English and Maths difficulties
- Supporting pupils during learning activities, including supervising and assisting with practical tasks
- Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and achievements
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting pupils with special educational needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £95,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
