About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our senior team to enhance the quality of education across our specialist setting.

  • Observe and provide constructive feedback to teachers to support their growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve teaching practices.
  • Lead INSET sessions to promote best practice and share knowledge among staff.
  • Foster a culture of mutual respect and collaboration among teachers and pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with the IQA team to ensure high-quality assessments and evaluations.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in classroom teaching.
  • A sound understanding of Special Educational Needs.
  • Ability to build on existing good practice within the school.
  • Experience working with pupils with varying learning and behavioural needs.
  • Desirable: Additional relevant qualifications or training.
