About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Coach to join our team at Academics. As a Learning and Development Coach, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment that meets the individual needs of each student. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized learning plans, providing one-on-one support, and monitoring student progress.
