About the Role

As a Coaching Professional at Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young athletes.

Your primary responsibility will be to teach fundamental playing rules, strategies and playing tactics to children of different ages and ability levels in a safe and fun environment.

A competitive estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of participants.
  2. To instruct participants in proper playing techniques and safety guidelines.
  3. To create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
  4. To communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding participant progress and needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of coaching experience, preferably working with youth populations.
  • Genuine passion for coaching children and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
