Job Title: Christmas Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Christmas Store Operations Specialist to join our team at Marks and Spencer. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience during the Christmas period.

About the Role:
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales growth. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve our business objectives, while also taking ownership of your own learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Take ownership of your own learning and development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and management

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet business objectives
* Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

Working Pattern:
This is a temporary full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
