Job Title: Showroom Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Showroom Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our furniture and home decor showroom. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience in the showroom, offering expert advice on products and helping them make informed decisions.
- Sales Management: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring all products are beautifully displayed and the showroom is inviting and reflective of the brand.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stock reporting, and manage product replenishment to keep the showroom fully stocked.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all showroom operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues, and present them to senior management with actionable insights.
- Avaliability: Need to be flexible to work across evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, particularly in visual merchandising.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage showroom operations efficiently.
