Shaw Contract Showroom Manager

As a Shaw Contract Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and high-quality showroom environment that showcases our products to customers. You will maintain a facility that reinforces dealer education, facilitates stronger brand alignment, and drives sales wins. Your role will involve welcoming all showroom guests, creating a positive and brand-consistent customer experience, and representing the company in a manner that ensures a customer experience consistent with the Shaw brand values.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all displays and the facility are of the highest standard, executing special events to ensure brand experience consistency, and maintaining the showroom calendar and schedules. You will also seek new ideas to make the space more functional for the needs of the sales region, maintain the overall appearance of the showroom, and interact with leasing companies and other vendors to facilitate necessary showroom duties.
Additionally, you will provide sales teams with weekly reports on showroom activity and send monthly reports to Marketing. You will schedule caterers, set up and clean up per sales team requests and individual customer needs, aid in facility setup and cleanup for training activities, and assist with sales meetings, trainings, division meetings, product launch events, and other showroom meetings as requested by RVP and/or Marketing.
You will maintain adequate supplies of literature and finish samples in the facility, keep all sales tools and materials current, complete, and available for immediate use, and manage facility invoices to drive showroom cost efficiencies. You will develop relationships with sales teams as an integral team member, be knowledgeable of distribution and sales coverage in the market, and provide product and service information to dealers, the A&D community, and end-users in person and by phone.
Experience in providing an exceptional in-person customer service experience for a premium brand or relevant showroom experience is preferred. Project management, showroom management, facilities management, front desk hospitality, or interior design experience is also desirable.
