Job Title: Showroom Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to manage the daily operations of our London showroom at the renowned Design Centre Chelsea Harbour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Chelsea Harbour Showroom.
- Grow and maintain relationships with potential new clients, as well as existing ones.
- Meet and greet walk-in prospective clients.
- Keeping accurate records of all showroom visitors.
- Supporting new product launches and maintaining our displays, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales team back at head office, to create social media content and promote our brand.
- Developing & enhancing our brand identity and reputation.
- Communicating professionally with visitors about our products, to create new leads.
- Representing the company during key events that will take place in the Design Centre.
- Organising client events in the showroom, inviting prospective contacts, and hosting the event.
About You:
- Good initiative, organised, and good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- Dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, with a talent for building a rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Previous experience in a showroom environment, useful but not essential.
- An interest in interior design, useful but not essential.
