We are a leading manufacturer of decorative electrical accessories, established in 1968 and headquartered in Bristol. Our commitment to excellence is underscored by our accreditation to industry standards, ensuring the highest quality in everything we do.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to manage the daily operations of our London showroom at the renowned Design Centre Chelsea Harbour. This role will play a key part in maintaining the superior service and quality that Hamilton Litestat is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Chelsea Harbour Showroom.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with potential new clients, as well as existing ones.
  • Meet and greet walk-in prospective clients.
  • Keep accurate records of all showroom visitors.
  • Support new product launches and maintain our displays, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team back at head office, to create social media content and promote our brand.
  • Develop and enhance our brand identity and reputation.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors about our products, to create new leads.
  • Represent the company during key events that will take place in the Design Centre.
  • Organise client events in the showroom, inviting prospective contacts, and hosting the event.

About You

  • Good initiative, organised, and good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service, with a talent for building a rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience in a showroom environment, useful but not essential.
  • An interest in interior design, useful but not essential.
