About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Showroom Manager in Waiting to join our dynamic team at Wren Kitchens. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in managing a showroom, with the potential to take on a leadership role in the future.

As a General Showroom Manager in Waiting, you will be responsible for working closely with experienced managers to learn the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom. You will also be expected to drive sales and meet year-on-year showroom targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Train and work with experienced managers to develop your skills and knowledge in managing a showroom.
  • Work with General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a sales-driven individual with a proven track record of success in a big-ticket retail environment. You should have significant experience in managing teams and be passionate about coaching and developing your team members. You should also be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
