Showroom Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Showroom Manager to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage and maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and display standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
