We are seeking a Proactive Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Proactive Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales calls, building strong relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

About the Role:
- Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Estimated Bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary
- Benefits include career development opportunities, significant staff discount rates, and more
- Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through proactive sales calls
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for sales and business growth
