Dynamic Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South West region, targeting national housebuilders, regional developers, tiling contractors, housing associations, and councils. As part of the team at TOPPS TILES, you will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with customers, and provide expert advice on our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the house builder sector.
- Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product development and sales approaches.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our products and solutions to customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes from our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our market position.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives and customer support.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex sales data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
