Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the South West region, responsible for selling and promoting CTD products and solutions to national housebuilders, regional developers, tiling contractors, housing associations, and councils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
  • Identify decision makers and develop strategic business-to-business relationships.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
  • Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
  • Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings and update the company CRM system regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
  • Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
