Secretary to Sales Director Bloor Homes

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a thriving team where no two days are the same. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient running of our busy Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth operation of the Sales Department, providing administrative support to the Sales Director and team
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including Sales Reports and Plot sales documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
- Scottish Widows Pension Scheme
- 33 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays)
