Sales and Marketing Position:
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join our team as a dynamic Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our high-quality products and solutions within the South West region. Key responsibilities include achieving profitable sales growth, exceeding targets, and developing strong business relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieving profitable sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Developing strategic business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Gathering a deep understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Presentation of products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON NEW LEADS AND REFERRALS IN LINE WITH PROSPECTING AND PIPELINE WORK.
  • Providing local technical advisory support and being recognized as a resource to the customer base.
  • Preparation for customer meetings using business intelligence tools.
  • Maintenance of accurate records in the company CRM system.
  • Development and maintenance of strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
  • Regular assessment and improvement of performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:
