Regional Sales Development Executive

Freight Personnel is a leading privately owned palletised transport organisation in the UK, and we are looking for a talented Regional Sales Development Executive to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth across the North West region.
You will have a primary location base in Warrington/St Helens, covering the surrounding areas, and will leverage your expertise to expand our presence in the market.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across the North West region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
