About the Role:

GPW Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to lead sales efforts and contribute to business expansion.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of £45K - £48K, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Pension contributions via auto-enrolment scheme.
  • Performance-based annual bonus.
  • Comprehensive holiday package, including bank holidays.
  • Full expense coverage for company vehicle and mobile device.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Standard Monday-to-Friday hours, 8am-4:30pm.

Main Office Location:

  • Our St Helens office, with occasional site visits and overnight stays funded by the company.

Anticipated Annual Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
