Account Growth Manager

We are looking for an Account Growth Manager to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading a range of clients, becoming their point of contact, and leading them through a seamless ordering process while welcoming new clients to the business post-agreements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, finance, and dispatch teams, to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a strong communicator, and a track record of driving business growth through exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you. The salary range for this role is £27,000 - £30,000 DOE, and you will also benefit from excellent professional development opportunities, regular in-house progression paths, a company pension scheme, employee life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and on-site parking.
