Senior Practitioner for Adolescent Care

Kent County Council's Integrated Adolescent Service is seeking a dedicated Lead Social Worker to join its team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adolescents and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with young people, assessing their needs, and developing effective strategies to support them. You will work closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. In addition, you will contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives aimed at improving adolescent care.
