As a senior registered practitioner in our perioperative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care within the theatre unit. Your primary responsibility will be to work as the lead member of the scrub team, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Practitioner (Nurse or ODP) with a proven track record of working as a scrub practitioner in orthopaedic surgery. The ideal candidate will have post-registration clinical experience in an acute hospital setting and hold a postgraduate clinical qualification in a relevant specialty.

Key responsibilities include preparing operating and anaesthetic rooms for surgery, planning and organizing lists within the theatre suite, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also be required to work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
