About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies Hodes. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our business, focusing on Employee Experience and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to all areas of the business, responding to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support on Recruitment processes and Interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Develop and implement the Reward & Recognition scheme, promoting a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Take ownership of our Internal Social Media/Comms platforms, creating engaging content and driving employee engagement.
Requirements
  • HR Advisor with experience in managing disciplinary/grievance processes.
  • Passion for Employee Experience and a strong understanding of its importance in driving business success.
  • CIPD qualified or educated to Degree level, with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive can-do approach and a keen attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and IT packages.
