The Regional Operations Manager will engage in a comprehensive, hands-on management role. - Knowledge and experience in staff performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.
- Understanding of CQC and governance frameworks relevant to practice services.
- Awareness of Health and Safety regulations applicable to practice services.
