The Role
As our Deputy Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and profitable kitchen service that meets the highest standards of Health and Safety. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Line Chefs, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring all brand and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen function at our Holiday Inn Haydock hotel, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and motivate your team to support continued service excellence, safety, and the demonstration of company values and culture.
- Review guest feedback regularly and implement innovative ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage all kitchen-related office administration and third-party contractors, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations and enhance levels of guest service.
