Regional Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Manager to support the delivery of commercial HVAC projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful design, installation, and management of cooling systems ranging from 5kW to 1000kW chillers or portable units for hire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct site surveys and audits to assess project needs
* Provide technical support and practical assistance to engineers during HVAC project execution
* Prepare quotations for all project aspects, including equipment, labor, and transport
* Develop detailed RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for clients and the sales team
* Uphold and support technical standards and operational policies across the business
* Oversee project planning and management from start to finish
* Participate in the out-of-hours on-call manager rota

**Essential Experience and Skills:**

* Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in HVAC Engineering or related M&E field or equivalent
* 2+ years in HVAC with a focus on cooling systems
* Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and HVAC technical skills, with strong mechanical knowledge
* Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and ensuring quality assurance
* Strong collaborative skills to ensure smooth project execution
* Commercial Awareness & Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a commercial mindset, supporting sales teams and delivering tailored solutions
* Accountability & Task Orientation: Accountable for results, driving projects to completion efficiently with a focus on high professional standards
* Adaptable to changing workloads and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
