SEN Support Practitioner

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with complex needs, including ASD and ADHD, providing personalized support to facilitate their learning and development. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one support to a child with complex needs in their educational activities
- Create and implement individualised learning plans tailored to the specific needs of the pupil
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages the child's confidence and independence
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience working with children with complex needs, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge and understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with special needs
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
