SEN Learning Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Practitioner to work across our partnering primary schools on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and Behavioural needs, providing personalised support to facilitate their learning and development.
About the Role
Promoting inclusivity and individualised learning plans tailored to specific pupil needs is a key aspect of this role. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff ensures consistency and effectiveness in the child's learning experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with children with complex needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with special needs.
