Job Title

Basic Salary: £28,000 with an OTE of £34,000, achievable through our performance-based commission system.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide superior customer care.
  • The ability to achieve set KPIs on sales, quality, and customer service metrics.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and procedure adherence.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • A customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
