Child Development Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at New Horizon Academy.

Estimated annual salary: $40,800 - $48,400 based on a 40-hour workweek

About the Job:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual learning needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA in Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
