Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing environment.
Salary: £32,000

This role offers the chance to develop operating procedures, support key projects, and foster best practices, setting you up for impactful growth and development.

You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining training metrics, ensuring all staff are well-trained in core processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Taking ownership of training plans and keeping metrics accurate
  • Leading inductions and training new employees to become competent production operatives
  • Coaching staff in production best practices and lean principles, supporting Continuous Improvement activities and minor Kaizen projects

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in a training environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and fault-finding techniques (5Y analysis) is desirable. Train the Trainer certification and Six Sigma Yellow Belt are also beneficial.
