About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Officer to join our team in Andover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements and training programs that drive business success.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and maintain training programs and metrics to ensure effective employee development
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and safety training
  3. Design and deliver staff inductions and policy training sessions
  4. Lead minor kaizen projects to drive operational efficiency
  5. Contribute to the development of continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience working as a training officer in a food manufacturing or growing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification and Train the Trainer qualification
  • Ability to live within commutable distance to Andover
