Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Ross-shire Engineering. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our NPORS documentation for accredited status and delivering internal courses to the RSE business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a training role and be able to deliver plant equipment-based courses, including Forklift, MEWP, and Overhead Crane. You will also be responsible for delivering competency-based programs, such as Health & Safety, Manual Handling, RAMS, and others.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to various audiences, including employees and external clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery, including attendance and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and implement new training programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
