We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client's team, supporting HR operations across multiple office locations. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function, assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and employment law.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
- Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and management on strategic HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or a related field (CIPD qualification preferred).
- Proven experience (X+ years) as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
