Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations, compile and update employee records, coordinate HR projects, and provide clerical support to the HR department.

  • Assist with HR functions and duties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Compile and update employee records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate HR projects, taking minutes during meetings and ensuring timely completion.
  • Process documentation relating to personnel activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department, handling employee requests and inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A foundational understanding of HR functions and procedures.
  • Completed or working towards CIPD level 3.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
