Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team, responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, compiling employee records, coordinating projects, and providing clerical support.

  • Assist with HR functions and duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Compile and update employee records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate HR projects, take minutes during meetings, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Process documentation related to personnel activities, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Handle employee requests related to human resources issues, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with healthcare regulations, maintaining a high level of compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A foundational understanding of HR functions and procedures.
  • Completed or working towards CIPD level 3.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
