Role Overview

This Business Development Specialist role involves driving growth through telesales, focusing on appointment setting with key decision makers in the IT industry. You will be working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus 5% commission on successful sales. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Mainly telesales with a focus on appointment setting with IT decision makers
  • Making around 80 calls per day, with 2 hours spent on the phone

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in telesales or a related field would be advantageous.


Location

This is a remote-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. However, regular video conferencing meetings will be required to ensure seamless communication with the team.
