  • Execute sales activities, achieving activity and financial targets set by the company.
  • Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, working in partnership to drive business success.
  • Deliver a candidate-focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
  • Work in partnership with clients to actively promote cross-sell opportunities into the broader business.

  • Business development experience, proven track record of target achievement.
  • Support colleagues with your knowledge and experience.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous.
  • Ability to forge business relationships and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
