Hotel Development Buyer

Fawkes and Reece is a hotel developer that builds high-spec fit-outs across central London. We have recently acquired 5 new sites and are currently working on 20 live projects. As a Hotel Development Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting materials buying purchases for these projects.
Your responsibilities will include investigating new potential suppliers, sourcing and negotiating purchasing materials & plant, and understanding project contractual requirements. You will work under a senior buyer and be predominantly office-based, with most sites within walking distance of our central London office.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and progression opportunities.
Requirements- Good knowledge of curtain wall and building materials.
- Ability to source and negotiate purchasing materials & plant.
- Understanding of project contractual requirements.
