Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: To oversee the smooth running of the office facility, including the management of equipment, maintenance of records, and general administrative processes.
  • Reception and Guest Management: To welcome guests, manage parking rota, and handle postal correspondence.
  • IT Operations: To assist with IT operations, including software accounts, IT supplies, and asset register management.
  • Meetings and Events: To help arrange meetings, including venues, meeting rooms, presentation documents, and catering.
  • Travel and Expenses: To book travel for the team and manage office expenses.
  • Health and Safety: To maintain a safe working environment, including reviewing and updating office health and safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
