Desktop Support Engineer

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Work closely with the external IT support company and the team
- Learns and applies IT skills to support the team and implement new projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with IT setup and configuration
- Manage user accounts, perform basic network support, and assist with cybersecurity
- Provide remote assistance, contribute to documentation and knowledge base, and assist with software updates and patch management
- Manage IT inventory, assist with system administration, audiovisual support, and IT asset management
- Assist in remote monitoring, IT training, and workshops for employees, and vendor communication
- Follow compliance and data protection guidelines and provide help desk support
Requirements:

- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Operating Systems Familiarity
